Our Mission

relish is part of the underground movement in the culinary world. D.I.Y. art, self-taught chefs, heavy emphasis on community and locality, disillusionment of mainstream food culture, resistance to conformity, and the grassroots base are all ingredients for a powerful political statement on food justice and empowerment.
